- Parking Details

Enter the Base Village Parking Garage from the main Wood Road Entrance, continue up the parking garage ramp to the top level, Public Parking P-1 with Blue markings on the pillars. Turn Left at the top of the ramp and follow the signs to the public elevator. From the public elevator, go to the top level, the Plaza Level, exit straight out of the Elevator lobby, bearing slightly to the right. The walkway will take you directly to the Snowmass Conference and Events Center Main entrance. Seasonal rates and fees may apply.

Directions

  1. Turn onto Brush Creek Rd. Pass through 1 roundabout. 4.7 Miles.
  2. Turn left onto Wood Road. 0.04 Miles. (Wood Road is 0.1 miles past Kearns Rd. It is opposite the Conoco Gas Station, which is on the right. If you reach Brush Creek Ln you've gone about 0.2 miles too far).
  3. Take the first right onto Carriage Way Rd/Carriage Way. 0.1 Mile.

110 Carriage Way is on the left. Look for the Treehouse sign. You turn left as though you are going to the Treehouse. The turn immediately becomes a circular drive which circles past the Treehouse entrance. The Conference Center is on the right as you pass the Treehouse entrance; it has a low-to-the-ground sign. Proceed just past the Conference Center entrance and as you get 3/4 way around the circular drive you'll have the option to take a hard Right into a 30 minute parking area. Take that right. If you will be longer than 30 minutes, attendees must park in the Base Village Parking Garage.

  • Is parking available when attending an event at the SCEC?
    • The Conference Center is within walking distance from all major Snowmass hotels.
    • For additional parking options, there is accessible parking available in the Base Village Parking Garage. 
    • Base Village Parking Garage: during the winter season, parking is free for the first hour then $8/hour up to a daily $56 maximum. Parking is free every evening starting at 4PM. The garage is free all day throughout the summer.

  • Is the SCEC handicap accessible?
    • The SCEC is handicap accessible through the main entrance via an ADA ramp directly into the venue. Handicap accessible restrooms are available in SCEC.
    • Base Village Parking Garage: multiple handicap parking spaces are located throughout the garage on every parking level close to the elevators.
  • How many rooms are available at the SCEC and what is the seating capacity?
    • SCEC offers a variety of versatile and functional meeting spaces which can be set to your meeting, event or special occasion needs. 
    • Meeting spaces include four functional rooms including a boardroom for executive meetings. Rooms can be set to a variety of arrangements. Room set-up and capacity details can be found on the Room Description page.
  • What technology is offered at the SCEC?
    • The Conference Center has limited accessibility and all required tech must be brought in by the client. 
  • What are the room rates at SCEC?
    • Room rates are listed on the Booking and Reservations tab.

  • Is alcohol allowed at the SCEC?
    • Yes alcohol is permitted and must be purchased through our preferred catering vendor, McQueen Hospitality, as they hold the liquor license for the venue. For more details and information regarding alcohol, please reach out to [email protected].
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    • If an event booking is canceled anytime once the contract has been fully executed there are no deposit refunds. All fees associated with the booking will remain payable as outlined below.
