Preferred Caterers

Our preferred food and beverage caterer, McQueen Hospitality, can provide support designing your event menu, customizable to your needs.

Due to licensing requirements and quality control issues, all food and beverage served at the Snowmass Conference & Events Center must be supplied and prepared by our preferred caterer, McQueen Hospitality. Use of outside food vendors must be approved by the SCEC and an additional cleaning fee will apply. All alcohol must be purchased and handled through McQueen Hospitality as they hold the venue liquor license.
